Shipping details Each shop ships its own items. Delivery times and where we deliver.
Returns & refunds Each shop chooses whether an item can be returned. Check the product page.
Return an item Unopened items with returns accepted can go back within 30 days.
Items without returns Personalised and made-to-order items often can’t be returned.
Damaged or faulty items Arrived damaged, faulty or not as described? We’ll help put it right.

Seller fees & payouts What it costs to sell: a 5% fee on item prices plus card processing.
The 5% fee Taken from item prices only. No listing or monthly fees.
Card processing by Stripe 2.9% + 30¢ per order, passed on at cost.
