Problems with an order are usually fastest to fix with the shop directly. Open the order under Purchases in your account to see its details and message the seller.

If you can't reach the seller or the problem isn't resolved, contact us and we'll help.

We take intellectual property concerns seriously. Many of these problems can be resolved directly by the parties involved, so we suggest contacting the seller first to respectfully share your concerns.
